Service center review My service representative was good, helpful & courteous. My complaint for why I didn’t give a 5 star is that when I arrived for my 8:30am appt. I’m not sure whose fault that was but I think that is too long to wait when an appt. is made ahead of time. A constructive criticism of the dealership is don’t give out loaner cars that are dirty. The inside was clean but the outside was covered with heavy pollen. More
