Michael, Thank you for your input, it's with this type of feedback we are better able to serve our valued clients. The process for warranty cancellations and refunds starts at the dealership level. We notify the warranty company and their process is then started. At this point they have a process that sometime's takes longer than we like, unfortunately, that process is out of the dealerships hands. When refunds come, it's on a statement, it's documented by the dealership, processed and sent to the client. I have been notified your refund is check has been processed and will be mailed before the end of this week.
