Dillon showed my family such great customer care, which is why my parents and I always requested him for every service and repair. My Mercedes-Benz experience was pleasant because of Dillon. The service is of the highest quality Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville has a gem in Mike Pottinger that makes working with the dealership a pleasure. As a person with little knowledge in this field Mike explains everything that needs to be done with my car and explains why certain tasks should be done and whether each one should be completed or not at that time or I can wait. I have always gotten an appointment immediately and given a courtesy car when necessary. The service center is professional, knowledgeable, punctual as well as personal, I feel they know me and my car. Attention to customer service and the entire customer experience will defiantly influence me when I go purchase another car. You could not ask for a better dealership. More
