As I was ending my current MB GLE53 lease, I planned to purchase the vehicle. In fact, for the first time in my 45 years of buying cars, I returned to MBoG, and the same team, for a second vehicle. I traded in a car on a new car I was told it had all the options available. It did not they let me order a new car with all the options at MFSR, After I took a big loss on the first car they said was loaded options available. It did not they let me order a new car with all the options at MFSR, After I took a big loss on the first car they said was loaded. Then forced me to buy another used car to drive until the new one was delivered. They said it was the only way to save on the sales tax and keep the warranty. They charged me for extended warranty on the used car non refundable more sales tax nonrefundable dealer fees nonrefundable. I paid more taxes in the whole deal. My new car when it arrived cost me $20,000. more than the MFSR price. I tried talking, writing the owner Morgan Automotive Group and nothing all of the people that had something to do with the deal where fired and or quit (funny) And I got ripped off. That dealership goes through employees like you change socks. And the Morgan Group be careful of there financing and added warranties. Very sad for a Mercedes Benz Dealer more like a buy here pay here B lot. Very sad More

I drove an hour and a half to the Mercedes dealership in Gainesville although I purchased my Mercedes recently at Wesley Chapel. I was so unimpressed with Wesley Chapel and I was advised to take my business Gainesville although I purchased my Mercedes recently at Wesley Chapel. I was so unimpressed with Wesley Chapel and I was advised to take my business and service needs to Gainesville. I’m so glad I did Because nobody could help me fix my Apple airplay feature in my car. I had called Mercedes.me and the Wesley Chapel dealership service department and nobody could help me. When I arrived at Gainesville, I was greeted by an attendant and was quickly introduced to my service representative. The service representative was very kind and was trying to figure out what was wrong. So he asked Charlie to help me. Charlie quickly knew what the problem was and within 10 minutes I was able to sync my phones music apps. Charlie explained what no manual or certain service person would know about subscribing to the Wi-Fi service or turning off the Wi-Fi on my phone in order to playback my music. It is something that you have to know , how the systems work. Sadly, Mercedes manual does not explain this. Charlie was so courteous and helpful and I would like to continue to bring my car there for service. I’ll be at, Charlie is one of the sales representatives yet he knew something that most service representatives don’t know About my car. I may even be interested in returning to Gainesville to purchase another Mercedes. Thank you, Charlie. You’re a great guy and I look forward to doing more business with you. More
