The regular, smaller pictures usually available in other web sites wouldn't convince me to drive over an hour to check the car out in person. After looking at the detailed pictures, emailed the internet sales manager (Bill Murray) to arrange test drive. Bill replied quickly, confirmed the car was available and referred me to Paul. On the arranged day and time, arrived at the dealer, met Paul, which was very courteous and helpful. After the test drive, sat down with Paul to negotiate price. The process was quick and relatively painless. As any other car purchase, there is a round of give-and-take from all parties. Paul was not pushy throughout the process. In the end we agreed on a fair market price for the car and closed the deal. Counting from the time I arrived at the dealer, it took two just over two hours to get everything sorted out, including the test drive, agreeing on a price and getting the paperwork done. From previous experiences in other places, I thought it was pretty good time. More
