Her prompt follow up to questions is outstanding as is her anticipation of our needs. On this occasion we almost were going to buy a Jeep at the termination of our lease but ended up in a new ML350 due entirely to Michele MacKinnon's salesmanship. More

Best Mercedes Dealership (Sales & Service) in Florida! I have lived in many parts of FL and owned several Mercs but Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce is by far the best. Sales associate Mark Katerba's Florida! I have lived in many parts of FL and owned several Mercs but Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce is by far the best. Sales associate Mark Katerba's professionality and honesty is superior as he listens to the customer needs rather than come up with a sales pitch. Choosing a vehicle has always being an arduous task for me but with Katerba along with F & I manager Jim Plumb; he does everything in his power to ensure that we, the customers end up with the best deal. So far, I have bought 5 cars (3 Mercs) from Katerba and Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce, and will definitely come back! More

I went to Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce looking for a convertible. Bruce Hendricks met me on the lot immediately. Very friendly and not pushy. He showed me what was available on the lot. He wrote down my wish list and offered for me to drive this little Lexus. I'm thinking, this is way too small, this guy is nuts! Well, he knew exactly what he was doing. I didn't go home with that Lexus and Bruce said he'd keep his eyes out for just the vehicle for me. 2 days later, I called Bruce and told him I wanted that Lexus. I went in to do paperwork after work and the whole team stayed late to make sure I drove my car home that night. Thank you all so much. Especially Bruce and Jerray! You made it smooth sailing for me! Bought a low-mileage used Buick Lucerne. Made the deal, including trade-in, on the phone. When I got there, the deal was as we agreed, the car was ready, and purchase was very easy and painless. My only complaint was the $599 "doc fee" that is nothing more than added profit. Also, they wanted to use a private company to transfer the title and get license plates for me (for an $85 fee), but their information was incorrect and the company couldn't do it without a Texas inspection of the vehicle. They finally agreed to refund the money and sent me the title with a refund check. Now I'm totally happy and would recommend them to anyone. More
