Our experience at Coggin Auto was a very pleasant, satisfying one. Mark is an excellent saleman with knowledge of the autos he's selling but not pushy. He was the one who suggested us looking at the one we bought. And what a recommendation! He is thorough in his handling of the sales from the initial test drive until such time we met with the finance officer, who I might add is also an asset to Coggin. While Mark wants to make a sale, he does not overwhelm you with the typical "fast talking" salesman. He works for you, the customer. And, then, due to extenuating circumstances, he went beyond the call of duty and personally picked up our car the next day to have it waxed and detailed at the dealership. His salemanship is far superior by comparison to others and his professionalism is No. #1. We will recommend Mark to anyone we come in contact with in the market for a car. It was a satisfying experience. When it comes time to purchase another car, Mark will be the one we'll be looking forward to dealing with again. Bill Ray, possibly the best car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. Listens to what you want, doesn't try to sell you what he wants. I walked into this dealership dreading the typical used car salesman scenario. i was fortunate enough that Mark Katerba was available and he immediately made me feel comfortable. i had found a used Audi f car salesman scenario. i was fortunate enough that Mark Katerba was available and he immediately made me feel comfortable. i had found a used Audi for sale and was visiting from about two hours away and told Mark i couldnt stay very long. Without hesitation Mark asked me if i wanted to take the car for a test drive which i gladly accepted. the car had to be moved off the showroom floor which takes some skilled driving techniques. Mark never hesitated to make me happy and off we went. Mark was very honest with me telling me he didnt know too much about the vehicle, as he only sold Mercedes. We had a wonderful conversation during our drive and Mark never got pushy about making the sale. he really seemed interested in getting to know me and what i was looking for. when we returned i told him that i needed to get on the road but that i was interested in the car. he had an offer for me within a few minutes and i told him i would have to think about it. he didnt chase me out the door trying to make the sale. about a half hour later Mark called me in an effort to sweeten the deal. again he was not pushy in any way and i actually felt like he wanted to go to bat for me, he wanted to make me happy and wasnt concerned about his end of the deal. long story short i got a phenominal deal from Dan Reif that i could not pass up. i drove over two hours back to the dealership and made the deal work. while waiting for all the paperwork to be prepared Mark stayed with me the entire time and we talked for almost two hours. and none of it was about the deal other than to compliment me on what a great car i had purchased. this dealership deserves the highest praise and should be the model for all dealershps to follow. i cant believe how rude car salesman can be especially when they count on guys like me to buy cars from them to make a living. i honestly feel like i made a new friend in Mark and i was sad to leave the dealership because i really enjoyed his company. I am a supervisor for a Customer Service call center and is fully aware of what quality customer service is all about. I was shopping for a car and stopped at Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce to look at a car is fully aware of what quality customer service is all about. I was shopping for a car and stopped at Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce to look at a car that was parked outside. Mark walked out,greeted us and offered his assistance. He explained the features of the car and we decided that we wanted to compare other cars so would not make an immediate decision to purchase that car. Mark was calm, respectful and not very pushy, knowing the reputation of car salemen. We told him we would like to explore other options before we can make a decision. He explained to us that there were some other dealers down the street that were all owned by Mercedes Benz. We left, shopped around, experience the well known trademark of the car salesmen (rude and disrespectful)and we decided that we would go back to Mark because of his attitude towards us. We went back to Mercedes Benz and told Mark that we saw a car that we were interested in but it was located at one of the sister company. Mark immediately went with us to the other company took us for a test drive in two cars and also back to his place and test drive the first car we had stopped to look at. After we test drive the car we had immediately made a decision but instead told Mark that we would like to think about it and come back the following day. He never doubted us, never tried to force us to make a decision, he gave us time and made an appointment for the following day. The next day we walked in to his office, he worked with us to get the price that we offered and took us to finance. In finance, Jim was superb, he is very friendly and worked to get us the best finance rate he possibly could get. I could go on and on about this dealership and the excellent customer service. I will always recommend anyone to do business with this dealership and to make sure they asked for Mark Katerba. Way to go Mark. More
Periodic service of my vehicle disclosed a brake light Periodic service of my vehicle disclosed a brake light failure. Upon replacement of the cabin brake light bulb, the housing cover was broken. Returned to dealer for the courtsey (NO CHARGE) installation and was billed $29.50 for the part that they broke. While driving home a police officer informed me that the rear exterior brake light was not working. Also, the stereo reception became non-existent for the first time ever, immediately after I left this dealership. I indicated to my service adviser that I did not want the courtsey car wash. This directive was disregarded and the service was billed to " service department as goodwill ". I suspect that excessive vaccuming could have dislodged the stereo reception wire. This narrative is an account of my second unpleasant experience at this establishment. More

I'm in charge of public relations for a very large, well-known, international company; which, simply qualifies me as an expert on how people should be treated in general, much less in a business atmosp well-known, international company; which, simply qualifies me as an expert on how people should be treated in general, much less in a business atmosphere. I called the dealership concerning a vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing; mind you, this dealership is 3.5 hours from my home so you know the pictures of the car and vehicle history report looked really clean, almost too good to be true. Nevertheless, I prepared myself for the agony of working with the typical car salesman. I was connected to a gentleman by the name of Mark Katerba. Much to my surprise and delight - wait for it - there were no games. I explained to Mr. Katerba what I wanted and what I was willing to pay (and yes, I was within reason) and he made it happen. I must admit that even with things going so well at that point, I remained concerned with the not-so-small issue of 7 hours of total drive time for a vehicle I hadn't test driven. Once again, Mr. Katerba assured me he wouldn't let me drive that far for a vehicle that wasn't in top-condition. The car was in amazing shape and the transition out of my car into the new one, including the time spent with the gentleman in finance if you can believe that, was pleasant and easy. I have already and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends, colleagues and family. I will certainly buy from them again. More
