I went to Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce looking for a convertible. Bruce Hendricks met me on the lot immediately. Very friendly and not pushy. He showed me what was available on the lot. He wrote down my wish list and offered for me to drive this little Lexus. I'm thinking, this is way too small, this guy is nuts! Well, he knew exactly what he was doing. I didn't go home with that Lexus and Bruce said he'd keep his eyes out for just the vehicle for me. 2 days later, I called Bruce and told him I wanted that Lexus. I went in to do paperwork after work and the whole team stayed late to make sure I drove my car home that night. Thank you all so much. Especially Bruce and Jerray! You made it smooth sailing for me! Bought a low-mileage used Buick Lucerne. Made the deal, including trade-in, on the phone. When I got there, the deal was as we agreed, the car was ready, and purchase was very easy and painless. My only complaint was the $599 "doc fee" that is nothing more than added profit. Also, they wanted to use a private company to transfer the title and get license plates for me (for an $85 fee), but their information was incorrect and the company couldn't do it without a Texas inspection of the vehicle. They finally agreed to refund the money and sent me the title with a refund check. Now I'm totally happy and would recommend them to anyone. More

Messrs Kendle, Brooks, Reif, and Seth, were all wonderful, professional, accomodating and a pleasure to work with. They were all helpful.I love my car! Either he is the biggest b.s. artist or he does not know my correct address. When I had the " closing " with him he never explained the extended warranty to me--and I did not notice it. When I got home I realized that because of my age and since I do not drive that much , I did not need the extended warranty for $2,249. I called and left messages , but due to the holiday I did not get a return call from Mr Plumb. I finally got to Mr. Seth, who assured me this important item would be taken care of--and he put Mr. Plumb on the phone. Mr Plumb assured me that he would send me a form on Thursday 12/27/2012. I called him again on Jan .3,2013 and he again assured me the form went out on the 27th of December.. Today is Jan 5, 2013 and the form is still not here. This is a case of mail from Ft. Pierce to Boynton Beach in Florida.This is a case of a "bad apple " ruining the whole crate of apples.How can Coggings Mercedes Benz allow this to happen? Mr. Plumb says not to worry , but I am anxious to ger this matter resolved. Can anyone help me? More
Well, I walked in not planning on buying a car, looking yes. The no pressure, laying it out as it is was very appealing to me and made things easier. I drove the car overnight, did some of my own research at home then came back to ask questions. Ben had them all. What ever he didn't know he immediately asked Dan and he HAD the answers. We did have to negotiate, but after we agreed on a price Jim Plum their Finance person helped me even more to achieve results in the car loan that would help my current health situation also. All in all I feel they cared and THAT is why I will go back (if possible) or refer others. More
