Worst experience that I’ve ever had with a service department at a dealership ever. Not only did I wait four hours for them to check for a recall and do a ($200) computer diagnosis of an error message department at a dealership ever. Not only did I wait four hours for them to check for a recall and do a ($200) computer diagnosis of an error message on my dashboard, they were shady about reporting the results of that diagnosis that I paid for! They hounded me about buying new tires and a brake job the entire time that I was there, while not attending to the very important items that I brought the car in for in the first place! Furthermore, the service liaison technician, Patrick Ford, is an extremely rude human being - a real displeasure to work with. I tried post-device visit to get more information in the computer diagnosis that I paid $200+ for...simply an itemised work proposal but that was either too difficult for Patrick or he’s got some kind of shady, ulterior motives for for not providing me any details (other than “that’ll be $1,300+ to repair). Thinking about taking your vehicle to Coggin Mercedes of Fort a Pierce? Earring Will Robinson - stay far, far away! I’m taking my car to Palm Beach from here on out! More

I hate buying cars! I have purchased three Mercedes from another dealership in Palm Beach. My salesperson was too busy to see me so I was passed on to a rookie who not on I have purchased three Mercedes from another dealership in Palm Beach. My salesperson was too busy to see me so I was passed on to a rookie who not only gave me a horrible price on my trade in but a woefully inadequate price on a 2020 GLS 450. I read a review in dealerrater on Michelle Goff and headed to Ft Pierce. It took a few days but Michele found to car I wanted in New York, gave me a fair price on my trade in and an excellent price on the GLS. Best experience ever buying a car! More

Remembering the great experience I had buying my BMW from Coggin several years ago, we discovered they also have a Mercedes dealership in Ft. Pierce. We called and within a couple of hours had made a deal by phone. Michelle Goff was beyond helpful in finding the right car and facilitating the right deal, making it a pleasure to do business. When we picked up the car a few days later, she and everyone there went out of their way to further enhance our buying experience.
