a mistake that risked my life 3 weeks ago i had my car serviced here for the first time , they checked the tires and recommended an alignment to be done but the tires are ok and it 3 weeks ago i had my car serviced here for the first time , they checked the tires and recommended an alignment to be done but the tires are ok and its safe to drive the car , yesterday my front tire blow up on the 95 at 1 am, thank god i am ok and nothing happened to me or the car , so i go to the dealer thinking that they will fix their mistake that put my life into danger by saying its safe to drive the car, but no ... they do acknowledge their mistake by neglecting this danger that put my life into danger .. very disappointed by this kind of service from Mercedes and wont recommend this dealer to anyone i know and will defiantly send an email complaining to Mercedes Benz USA too More
Worst customer service ever I gave my mercedes E350 for servicing, I tild them all issues the car has after two days I got call from them says car is ready for pickup and when I I gave my mercedes E350 for servicing, I tild them all issues the car has after two days I got call from them says car is ready for pickup and when I reach there my car looks like how I gave it to them even after service. They did not clean tha car or wash it and when I drove the car issue with my btakes still exists. I tried to call the service agent Pattiricia Rabuffo she is not picking up calls not replaying to voice mails and even worse thing is theor managers also not responding to calls and finally my car is F***up. Avoid thos service center and Patti Rabuffo is a disgrace to Mercedes. More

Don't believe anything they say unless it's in written form (loaners, car pickup for service, free removal of small dents , timely service...) the list of long! More
Disappointing service, under common expectations I took an appointment at MB FL for the first time. When I got there, I was assigned to a different advisor as orginally planned over the phone; it was I took an appointment at MB FL for the first time. It was set to be a quick repair and everything was supposed to be set (the issue was already known and the parts needed were supposed to be ordered by MB Ft. L.) A while after my car went in, the advisor came back with the rate to fix the orginal issue; he also informed me of other issues and had them priced already. I refused to have them repaired because of the exagerated high rates. The original issue was supposed to be repaired the same day but couldn't because a new part needed was supposed to get in the day after. At the end of the following day, I received a call from the service advisor to inform me I had to wait 4 more days before getting back my car. On the third day I called the advisor and left a message because I wanted to know if everything was going to be fine on the fourth day as thridly planned, but never got a call return from him, not even on the fourth day. I then had no choice but to go there myself to know what was going on. The car was finally repaired but no one had noticed me... Then, I was shown and explained the invoice when I realized the price charged was much over the price quoted on the first day. I then asked to see the original quote but the advisor couldn't find it. He left me for 10 minutes and came back with a new invoice but he still coudn't show me the original quote. Even though the new invoice had been lowered, the final amount was still higher than the original quote, I felt the advisor wasn't honest with me, I was very disappointed and tired of this case, so I stopped arguing, paid and left. More

FRUADULENT AND UNETHICAL PRICING!! BEWARE! - Each time I FRUADULENT AND UNETHICAL PRICING!! BEWARE! - Each time I take my car to FT. Lauderdale Mercedes it's a repeat show....always deceptive and unethical FRUADULENT AND UNETHICAL PRICING!! BEWARE! - Each time I take my car to FT. Lauderdale Mercedes it's a repeat show....always deceptive and unethical price. By this I mean the service advisor (Sol) always inflates the price of parts BEYOND MSRP. In addition, he provides fictious part numbers so that it's difficult to verify pricing. In this case, the rear panel which is part of the hard top roof system broke. He quoted me an MSRP price of $452, plus $108 to install plus tax and shop supplies, all totaling $627.52 (in writing). I shopped the part and found two things. The part number that Sol the service advisor provided and wrote on the quote was ficticious and inaccurate. Additionally, the actual MSPR was $378 at every other Mercedes dealer in town. I actually purchased the genuine Mercedes part from Skyland Automotive (highly recommend them) for a net price of $283.50 and installed it myself in 7 minutes. So my total cost was $283.50 versus the absurd and ludicrous price of $627.52 from Ft. Lauderdale Mercedes. Total savings $344.02 (55% savings). What are they thinking when you can go to any other Mercedes dealer and get the actual MSRP without the service manager's personal mark up at Fort Lauderdale Mercedes - Time to act ethical! More
Yes and I already have to friends. Mr. McInnis is super and a real addition to Mercedes of FT Lauderdale. I have bought over 10 autos from him, new and used, and will follow him anywhere.
