I’ve been going for my car’s service ever since I bought it here, a 2014 CLS550. The customer service is always excellent, fair and reliable. I’m impressed with MB of Ft Lauderdale! My experience started with a phone call. I tried calling another dealership as it was a bit closer to my home but the phone rang endlessly and kept looping me whic started with a phone call. I decided they don’t want my business. Then I tried your location. The call was answered in a reasonable time and the representative was polite, efficient and had s smile in her voice. She provided me all the details needed. Great! When I pulled into the service area, I was greeted by a very friendly young man who directed me where to park the car; this was my first visit. After taking my information he showed me where to sit and told me about the coffee area. Shortly after being seated, I was called to finalize the service request. Again this young man was polite professional and helpful. My vehicle was ready at the time promised, the exit was quick and smooth. My experience was great with the friendly, professional atmosphere. This is my dealership!!! More

She was very professional and outstanding communication.Maliak was very professional, knowledgeable and respectable. Will be returning back to the this location next time. Miami- Dade has much to be desired after Yvette left. Was disrespected and treated horrible at the Miami- Dade location with no resolution from the top manager.
