Had appointment for rear view camera recall. When I got to dealership, I was told that the recall could not be done because of computer problem. I had driven 40 minutes to get to the Fort Laude When I got to dealership, I was told that the recall could not be done because of computer problem. I had driven 40 minutes to get to the Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Dealer. No one called me to tell me to reschedule. Waste of my time. When I asked when the recall would be arranged, the service representative told me he had no idea when this would be accomplished. I have an expensive Mercedes, and should not be treated so poorly. More
