I moved and switched from gables to Fort Lauderdale mercedes and they were much better with service. My car had a major repair under warranty and James was very helpful and able to get me a loaner th mercedes and they were much better with service. This is not a fair or reasonable business. Left my car to flood and demands payment for service never delivered to customer. Dropped car for service and while car was in their possession, part Left my car to flood and demands payment for service never delivered to customer. Dropped car for service and while car was in their possession, part of their lot got flooded, with my car parked in there . They asked me to contact my own insurance for the damage to my car. Moreover, they demanded payment for service and/or parts they claim they are owed. My car was still in their possession, they have not delivered the car back to me or showed me any repairs being completed or functioning, and my car got flooded and a total loss in the spot they parked it in their lot. I understand the total loss process and insurance covering the vehicle loss etc, but it is outrageous they charge for the battery they say they installed but was now under water, or alighnment they claim they did for now a junk car, thanks to their own actions . If my car is flooded, so is your parts, and at their fault. Why do I have to pay you for your own fault/fate, right? This dealer has a multi story building, obviously nobody cared to move cars from lower spots in their lot. And they still did not release the car before settling bill for parts/services they charged to a car they abandoned to flooding in their own lot. Shameless piracy. I just bought another MB, but it will NEVER visit this dealer for any service or parts. Shall I sue them? Service Coordinator was doing his job I think, but did not change the fact I am out of a car and they still got paid for their flooded parts and service on a car they left to flooding. Not fair to customers. More
