I was not welcomed or greeted when I pulled into the service area! I had to get out of my vehicle and make myself seen. Problem not solved - slight vibration and sound is felt from front axel, and fuel consumption is at least 50% higher than normal. $350 for diagnostics wasted. Then I received another receipt for $78 don from front axel, and fuel consumption is at least 50% higher than normal. $350 for diagnostics wasted. Slow to no response once car was in for repairs. Tried to upsell wife on repairs needed which were not required. Damage was to front bumper clips where the housing caught the curb and pulled bumper away (common Mercedes incident) and some of wheel well covering clips. They tried to tell her we needed front frame replaced as well as light assembly (which was intact). Since dealership is located near most expensive part of FLL they try to get away with it. More
