Cecilia is polite, professional and prompt dealing issues. I purchased a new 2017 MB E 43. The car is awesome both in terms of power and comfort. On top of that the technology is more than anything I have seen I purchased a new 2017 MB E 43. The car is awesome both in terms of power and comfort. On top of that the technology is more than anything I have seen on the market. That means there have been a few times, when I need someone really smart to help me figure out an app, or something else with my very smart car. Cecilia has always been polite, professional and prompt in dealing with my issues. It is because of people like her that I have purchased 6-7 MBs from MB of Fresno over the years. A very satisfied customer I just bought my MB GL 450 about 2 weeks ago, finally had my 1st car wash, service area on this side is very courteous and hospitable, turn around tim I just bought my MB GL 450 about 2 weeks ago, finally had my 1st car wash, service area on this side is very courteous and hospitable, turn around time less than 20 min. Then I made nan appointment to see Cecilia Nguyen, to know my car's tech beauty, wow her knowledge is excellent( I am not a tech savy) she talk to me in a language that I can remember the techy side of my car. Then she provided answers and solutions to my only worries, like having to procure key to operate my vehicle, now I do not have to fish my key ever again. Again thank you Ms Cecilia Nguyen, MB Fresno is so lucky to have you in their team. More

The service dept are always difficult Buying the car is really pleasant, servicing the car is a cluster! Every single time I have had to service the car I just want to get rid of it...1) I Buying the car is really pleasant, servicing the car is a cluster! Every single time I have had to service the car I just want to get rid of it...1) I live out of the area, so obviously I don't want to sit down there for 3 hours+, they won't schedule picking up your car any longer unless you speak to an unnamed dept, now it feels like your dealing with the State of Cal government bureaucracy, they will drop you off at a place, what am I going to do for 3 hours? I just have some medical issues, they don't know about, I can't walk around for 3 hours somewhere, you can make an appt for later with a loaner car but not at the time you want....just typical and why, although I love the car I won't buy another MB-service dept More

Mercedes-Benz of Fresno, You Are Wonderful I wanted to again compliment MB Fresno for taking care of my car and me. I have a 99 Mercedes purchased from MB Fresno (new) and through the years the I wanted to again compliment MB Fresno for taking care of my car and me. I have a 99 Mercedes purchased from MB Fresno (new) and through the years the dealership has been wonderful. Today I had a brake light fixed (charged for the part only). As always, when I have small problems, I drop by on Saturdays and I am taken care of immediately. I am treated like royalty even though it's just a bulb. Nice. I'd buy another Mercedes but they are taking such good care of me and the car, they'll just have to wait another "few" more years. And for David Coquillette who sold me my car in 1999, thanks for your friendship and welcoming smile every time I am at the dealership. More
