Great Follow-Up & Customer Service I recently switched over to MB after leasing from another maker for the past 9 years. I was hesitant to switch at first, but was ready for a change a I recently switched over to MB after leasing from another maker for the past 9 years. I was hesitant to switch at first, but was ready for a change and my subsequent interactions with the MB Fresno staff made me feel good about my decision to go with a new MB lease. From my first visit to MB Fresno, I was impressed with the salesman, Aron Marquardt, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He was respectful and professional....never pushy, but did follow-up in the days after my visit since he knew I was a couple of weeks away from my lease end with my other vehicle. I told him what vehicle and features I was looking for and he worked hard to locate a car at another MB dealership. He was great about answering some finance questions I had and connected me with Eric Souza in the finance department. I was pleased with the convenience of doing the initial credit application online, then just stopping by to sign all the paperwork - quick and easy! Eric was also very professional and friendly. Aron was great at following up with me throughout the whole process with phone calls and texts (super convenient!). He kept me updated on the status of the deal (pricing and financing), locating a vehicle, the vehicle's arrival, and checked in with me regularly as I dealt with some bodywork issues that came up. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new lease. I really appreciated the open and ongoing communication - it made a huge difference. I was also very pleased with Cecilia Nguyen's support as the Product Specialist. She reached out to me to arrange a review of my new vehicle. Although I wasn't ready to meet with her right away, she followed up with me and scheduled a convenient time. She even came to my workplace so I didn't have to take extra time out of my day to drive to the dealership. She was very friendly, professional, and patient as she explained the vehicle's features. This review was a nice touch. As I've visited the dealership a few times in the first couple of weeks of getting my new car (for the bodywork issue), I've found that all the staff at MB Fresno are friendly and helpful. They take time to greet me and ask if I need anything - from the gals at the front desk, coffee bar staff, cashier, and service area staff. My interactions have been very positive - the staff seem to genuinely care and have the customers' best interests at heart. So, although my car wasn't "perfect" due to the minor bodywork issues, Aron and the staff at MB Fresno have made up for it with their professionalism and great customer service. I appreciate the follow-up and thoughtfulness from all involved. More

We actually just went to test drive a car and ended up driving a brand new car home. They made the process of buying a car a lot easier than it seems. Everyone else from the General Manager to reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, & professional. Earlier in the day we test drove a land rover discovery which was more than $10K higher in price than the GLC300 but this less expensive Mercedes was more comfortable and had way more "cool" features. This was literally my best car buying experience. Keep it up MB of Fresno!! More
