I was there today for over 3 hours today for the service B. I knew it would take less than two hours as I was told when I made the appointment. My wife and I were shopping for a new car when we decided to look at Mercedes. It was a Saturday, casual day for me, so we went to look at the E Class series. Shorts and a tshirt, walked the entire lot looki to look at Mercedes. It was a Saturday, casual day for me, so we went to look at the E Class series. Shorts and a tshirt, walked the entire lot looking, walk in the show and was asked if anyone was helping us. I said no. I was informed somone woule be out shortly. I walked around looking at cars and still no one came out to greet us. I could see a few sales people standing around and asked if someone could help us. Only one guy said sure, are you just looking or are you really gonna buy something. I informed him I wanted to buy something. I seemed not to interested in informing me about the car or did not know about the car. Then he said he has an apointment I would get someone else to take us out on a drive. No one ever came out. Really Horrible Service. I ended up purchasing a BMW 535i for my wife. I would never go back to Fresno Mercedes. More
