Looking for a used SLK I finished my yard work yesterday and headed out to find my dream 2 door convertible at MB of Fort Washington, the closest dealer to my home. After walking around the lot of the dealership unimpeded by salesmen I entered the showroom. I was greeted by Brent who asked if I had been helped and I replied in the negative. I told him I was looking for a used vehicle and he said he would get me a salesman. Then, I walked around the showroom floor for about 5 minutes but nobody came to assist me. So I slowly exited the showroom and walked to my SUV which was parked out front and drove away empty-handed. My next stop will be Cherry Hill MB. More

Service is fabulous My family and I were traveling from OH to NJ this past June for vacation. We were in two cars, one of which was our 2007 e350 that our oldest child w My family and I were traveling from OH to NJ this past June for vacation. We were in two cars, one of which was our 2007 e350 that our oldest child was driving. As we were passing through one of the tunnels on the PA turnpike, we noticed that the headlights were not on while going through the tunnel. When we got off at the service plaza, we found that both high beams were out as well as one of the low beams. Not something you want to deal with while traveling and worrying about whether you'll get stuck driving at night! We had already planned to spend the night near the Fort Washington area, and a check online yielded info on Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. I called and got Derek Witman who is the Asst Service manager. Told him our dilemma and asked if we could possibly bring it in early the next morning. He told us about their quick lane, and to ask for him when we arrived. So, first thing the next morning, my husband and son went over there. They were back two hours later. My husband was very complimentary about the entire experience, and about Derek. Thankfully, the lighting wiring was fine, and the lights just needed to be replaced. They also were able to do an oil change, which was past needing to be done, and they performed a recall that also needed to be done, that we never received a notice for. It cost far less than we thought it would, and we were able to get back on the road by the time we had originally planned. We appreciate the great job, and the great customer service we got from Derek. More

In this regard we'd especially like to recognize Ivan Kulygin (Sales and Leasing Consultant) and Eddy Millan (Assistant General Manager), who worked tirelessly on our behalf to assist us with a special need regarding our vehicle purchase. These professionals devoted their time and energy to understanding and addressing our concern in a timely manner, with the result that we are very pleased with our purchase. Great experience We came in to look at a CPO car we saw online. The week before we came to Ft. Washington we visited another M-B dealership where we walked in to We came in to look at a CPO car we saw online. The week before we came to Ft. Washington we visited another M-B dealership where we walked in to find about 10 salespeople staring at us like we were the turkey on its way to the Thanksgiving table, then we walked around the lot for 20 minutes because our salesman couldn't find the car we inquired about, and once we finally found the car it was obvious that even though it was being advertised as a CPO nothing had been done to even clean it up after it came in off lease. When we drove 50 miles to Ft. Washington to see another CPO that I had called about the day before, we were expecting an equally unpleasant experience. We pulled in the driveway to find the car immaculate and right up front, and we were able to look it over at our leisure. When we came inside Frank Daulerio referred us to Mike Manley, who is everything that most used car salesmen aren't - knowledgeable, low-pressure, and willing to take the time to explain things and go the extra mile even on a busy Saturday afternoon. For instance, when he asked me for our insurance card I realized it had expired, so he called the company and had them fax one for not only the new car but our other cars. The car was also great, which we expected, and the price was right so we bought it on the spot. Mike's follow-up has been superb. I have bought several CPO cars including other luxury makes, and Mike is the first to have followed up more than once to see how we liked the car, if we had any questions, etc. Where we had questions he immediately came back to us with answers. Everyone else, from the popcorn lady to the mechanic who Mike had move our car because we parked it in a bad spot, was as courteous and helpful as could possibly be. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. More

He was great at listening to what my wife was looking for, helping us narrow down our choices and finding the perfect vehicle. We had seen a vehicle we were interested in online and Jon had it brought to the lot right away. We test drove that car and another car that we were looking at. Jon gave us his full attention, answered all our questions, was very well informed, and actually made buying a car a pleasant experience for once. Once we decided on the car Frank Daulerio came out and worked on the price. I told him what I wanted to pay. We looked at a few other vehicles and there prices and options and then he gave me his price.....a great price for the vehicle. I think the whole price negotiation took less than 5 minutes. They didnt have to leave the desk 10 times to ask the guy in a backroom for a price. The women that did the paperwork was also very friendly. Overall a great experience. Would definitely buy from there again. More

He introduced us to Ivan, one of his sales reps who recognized right away the car was for my wife and from the get go focused on her for questions and made the experience about her as the primary user of the vehicle. There was no push for something we didn't need, no upsells of any kind. Within a matter of two hours we got the car she wanted, the price well below what we both wanted and got us back on our way home with our new C class. we love it, and more importanly my wife loves it. Probably one of the best if not THE best auto purchase experience. I'm sure we'll be heading back Mercedes Benz of Ft Washington we we need the next vehicle. More
