Everyone that we can in contact with at this dealership was courteous and professional, this included the young men that cleaned the rain off the car, to the finance department. Make the buying process easy I knew exactly what car I wanted when I went to them- White CLA, AMG wheels. They told me they would go out and find it. I knew immediately that I was going to buy my car from here. As I went through the process, the customer service got better and better. Sara worked relentlessly and was able to find the exact car with all the specs that i wanted in a very short time. She was very patient with me. I was very diligent, thorough and persistent with my questioning as this was my first Mercedes benz. She was super patient in explaining all the car specs, all my options and all the possibilities. Even after I made the decision to purchase, she continued to be helpful and walking me through everystep of the process. To this day a month after the purchase, Sara continues to happily answer all my endless questions in a timely manner. Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to u Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to use the "hidden key" in the remote to open it. It occurred twice that week, with the last time being at night. I called the dealership immediately after it last happened and the manager connected me with the service department. I was told to bring my car in the next morning. At first, they weren't able to replicate the issue I reported. As an IT professional, it was frustrating because it occurred sporadically. I understand how systems work and the testing involved. To make a long story short, my car required a software update and so far, it has been working as designed. I first met Eddy, the Assistant GM, when I leased my first Mercedes a few years ago and saw him again when I leased this car. I stopped by to see him and he walked me over to Cecil, my Service Manager, to be certain my issues have been remediated and I walked away as a satisfied client. I am not sure of the Techician who serviced my car, but a HUGE THANK YOU to him for identifying a software update was released and needed to resolve my complaint. Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington is a FIRST CLASS organization, with SUPERIOR Customer Service in ALL aspects of their business!! I look forward to leasing more cars from them in the future. More

Just when I thought I couldn't be treated any better, Chip, along with the rest of this dealership, found a way to outdo themselves. Eureka in the finance department was so nice, professional and organized while completing the paperwork. She explained everything thoroughly and made the process so smooth and painless. Chip is very knowledgable about the standard features and options of the 2 vehicles I was interested in. He was able to explain what was the best option would be for my financial situation. Chip is not the typical "car salesman". I can sincerely call Chip a friend. He is honest and truly cares about his clients and it shows!! Eddie Millan was also genuinely interested in my happiness with my purchase. He greeted me and recognized I was a repeat client, which made me feel special. He runs a FIRST CLASS operation and there was none of the price haggling, which you see in many of the local, competing dealerships. I loved my 2012 C class and was sad returning it for this one, but I LOVE my new car!!! It is gorgeous and so much fun to drive. The traction is incredible!!! I could go on and on!!!
