Scott couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. He was extremely patient, was able to answer my questions knowledgeably and guided me smoothly through the entire process. He answered my questions with great clarity, and took the time to explain in detail something I may not have understood clearly. At all times he was courteous, I appreciated his advice and his frankness. He introduced me to others in the sales, finance and service offices, and acted in all respects as the true professional he is. He took time to explain the that I car's main controls, and showed me how to use them, When the car was brought around for me to leave, Scott had ensured it was in completely clean condition. I recommend Scott very highly, and am grateful that it was he with whom I was able to work. He is a wonderful asset to Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers, and I should be delighted to recommend him to anyone. To my mind Scott exemplified the Sonic and Mercedes-Benz brand names. However, I was so pleased with Rhonda's compassion and knowledge of MB that I felt comfortable making this transaction happen. I ended up driving home with a beautiful 2013 350e. Time is valuable and every time there has been a recall repair or a button falls off, I end up sitting at this dealership for hours. Today is because the wiper fluid pump failed and new tires. Has been 3 hours and I just heard it's going to be another hour and a half. Once I waited 7 hours for a minor recall repair. No food... And starving makes me cranky, so bring a picnic lunch if you plan to come here. At least there's free wifi in the waiting room, so you can warn others. More
