Time is valuable and every time there has been a recall repair or a button falls off, I end up sitting at this dealership for hours. Today is because the wiper fluid pump failed and new tires. Has been 3 hours and I just heard it's going to be another hour and a half. Once I waited 7 hours for a minor recall repair. No food... And starving makes me cranky, so bring a picnic lunch if you plan to come here. At least there's free wifi in the waiting room, so you can warn others. More

New car nightmare Bought new car last week in this dealership, next day found out paint on back spoiler and trunk was completely removed in one spot during pre-sale det Bought new car last week in this dealership, next day found out paint on back spoiler and trunk was completely removed in one spot during pre-sale detailing. Also found out back bumper was fixed and part of it painted over but was not properly replaced. Contacted dealership, brought car back to them to check on problems. Nobody wanted to talk to us or cared about our "problem" that we just fully paid for in their dealership. Manager was angry and unpleasant to talk to, offered to repaint "some spots" on brand new car. Nobody apologized for anything. Stay away from this dealership, do not buy from them!!! Unless you do not care about that they do not care about you!!! Edited on 04/13/2015 General Manager of this dealership personally took care of our problem to our full satisfaction!!! Thank you Mr. Paine, we are really appreciated your service. We are also appreciated the work of sales consultant, Sergey who went above and beyond to help us with this issue, unlike sales manager, Emilio who is not a pleasant person to work with at all !!! Once again thanks Mr. Paine and Sergey, we will be back to your dealership as repeat costumers now. More
Poor Service Experience I bought my new Mercedes at another dealership in a neighboring city. It needed service so I brought it here as it is closer. When I arrived I was q I bought my new Mercedes at another dealership in a neighboring city. It needed service so I brought it here as it is closer. When I arrived I was questioned about where I bought the car. Immediately I was made to feel uncomfortable as if because I had not bought it at this dealership I was not part of this dealership "family". Nothing was said directly, but it was a feeling and the demeanor the service tech gave off. Like, why are we dealing with this if you got the car down the road. In any event, I explained the problem and again was asked if the "other" dealership was made aware of the issue as the car is only a month old. Why does that matter? I am here, you're a Mercedes service center, and I expect first class service. I was very thorough in explaining the issue and offered to demonstrate it so the tech could see. I was told it was unnecessary. After the uneasy start, I waited for 2 1/2 hours before I was told the car was ready. I go out with the service advisor and the car has NOT been fixed. In fact, it was doing exactly the same thing. I knew more about the issue than they did and proceeded to demonstrate the problem. Something I just mentioned I offered to do at the start but was told was not needed. The tech seemed in a rush, and slightly annoyed, wanting to get me out of there. Now the tech tells me that the issue was a known glitch with some vehicles. Wait a second, when we were walking to the car I was told it was fixed. Now I was being told it was a known glitch and that a software update would be coming in the next 7 to 10 days? 2 1/2 hours to be told that software was on its way? Needless to say, I was not happy. I am only giving the overall experience two stars instead of one because at least the waiting room was decent and the staff in there pleasant and accommodating. Lastly, to add insult to injury, the free car wash they brag about giving you with your service? A joke. My black car had more water spots on it then when I brought it in. I keep all my cars very clean and garaged and it literally looked worse than when I got there. Like it had gone through a cheap gas station car wash. I would actually have preferred they not wash it had I known how sloppy they would be. No tire dressing? They wash mine off, but don't replace it? Side view mirrors totally water spotted? White hard water spots everywhere? It's a MERCEDES! You'd think they'd want them looking showroom good driving off the lot. I guess not at this dealership. Perhaps it's stuff like this that has dropped Mercedes all the way to number 21 out 28 car brands recently in Consumer Reports. I expected WAY more than this from the Mercedes brand and this has left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I'll see how the follow up service goes and report back. If things improve I will adjust my review accordingly. More

Myers and decide to check out some dealerships there because my 10 year old Jeep is not so reliable anymore and we had some time to shop. I was uncertain of what kind of car I wanted but certainly had a wish list as far as features were concerned and thought I would consider a used vehicle since mine is a "second" vehicle. Brian Duffy greeted us on our first visit to the dealership and was friendly and gracious to us. More importantly he educated us about certified pre-owned vehicles and the standards of the dealership as well as the fine features of Mercedes Benz, many of which we on my checklist. We looked at a few cars but time did not allow a test drive. There was no pressure, no follow up calls, just the calling card in my purse of this very gracious and helpful professional sales rep. A few days later I called Brian and told him we were coming back to look again. We test drove a few cars and decided on a 2012 Mercedes ML 350 CPV. Brain agreed to repair a couple of "dings" on the vehicle for us, and very expeditiously moved us through the sale with the assist of Ayad Al-Shabibi. The next day when we arrived to pick up the vehicle Brian had voluntarily and to my surprise had the service department install a keyless button on the car because he knew that was one of my wishes! After we decided to add paint protector to the vehicle Brain offered to deliver the car to me. He did just that and spent an hour making certain I was well familiar with the features in the Mercedes. He was the gift that kept on giving! I drove the car 1000 miles home to Virginia and I am really happy with my purchase. I really appreciate the caring attention we got from Brian Duffy. I look forward to continued business with Brian and MB of Fort Myers. More

Th It was a pleasure to work with this dealership and Brantley. It was by far the best shopping experience for a new automobile in quite a few years. The salesman was very professional, honest and great follow up during and after the sale. I live 60 miles from this dealership and found it to be far superior to one 10 miles away. The entire staff were great to work with and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes. More
They took us seriously-Wonderful Experience Ladies!!! I went with my neighbor Norma to look at Mercedes. She was tired of her Cadillac SRX and just wanted a change. As two women, one over 60 and one ove I went with my neighbor Norma to look at Mercedes. She was tired of her Cadillac SRX and just wanted a change. As two women, one over 60 and one over 70, I had some misgivings that we would not be treated like serious car buyers. From the beginning, Brett Jackson, our salesman, was friendly and professional. All of our questions, and we had a lot, were handled with knowledge and patience. Neither one of us had much experience with Mercedes so Brett showed us all the features of the ML and the E 350, sometimes more than once, because we didn't get it the first time. The second day we came to the dealership, I dropped Norma off, ran an errand and when I came back, it was pouring rain. Brett ran out, with an umbrella and helped me into the dealership. Perfect!!! Norma bought a beautiful E350 and I bought her Cadillac through the dealership. When we picked up Norma's car, Brett sat in the car for an hour and gave us lessons on all the features. He set up radio stations that played jazz for Norma and rock and roll for me. Again, he answered questions more than once patiently and expertly. I went back with my husband Tom to buy the Cadillac which we ran through this dealership. Brett Jackson, Chris Tiernan, and Ayad Al-Shabibi all took care of us like we were buying the top of the line Mercedes from their lot. They treated both Tom and me with respect and continued to speak with ME even though Tom was there. They took our Ford Edge in trade and the whole deal was done quickly and the numbers exactly matched what we agreed on. I am hoping when I get ready to trade the Cadillac, I can come back to this dealership and buy another car from them! More
