Over several visits -- 2 of which were emergency "on the dime" stuff, they have demonstrated a an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction, I strongly recommend them. More
Always wanted a Mercedes...not any more Got a 2017 C300 convertible mid November, mid February it left me stranded on the side of the road, was very disappointed with the dealer's response. Since it was 4pm on a Friday, they could not provide valet service. After riding back to the dealership in the tow truck, I was given a cigaret smelly loaner that was very sub par. Not like I was accustomed to with my previous cars (Audi, BMW, Lexus). But what they told me the following Tuesday did not put my mind at ease...the serpentine belt had shred. Three months old, and not even 3,000 miles? Needless to say, being a single woman that buys new cars every 3 years so that they are dependable, I was not happy and now I am nervous when driving it. Well, now 7 months old and only 5,000 miles it happened again. This time, Ft Myers Mercedes response was even worse. It was Saturday at 4pm, I was informed that service closed at 3pm, and will not re-open until Monday. That was it, not even an attempt at getting me a loaner car. And yes, same problem, but this time they said they contacted Mercedes headquarters and discovered that some of these C300 alternators are not aligned correctly which caused the serpentine belt to shred. At least I can believe that, but still can't say I'm comfortable driving my car again. If I could re-do, I would not buy a Mercedes. More

I have a 14 yr. old car, it needs a l/f door module for 345+, it intermittently doesn't close the window all the way. Your lot personnel should be more attentive to these product problems. The l/f window was left down about 1 inch in the pouring rain. The left front door panel and half of the left front seat was soaking wet when I got in my car. The door panel is now ruined, the material on the armrest is no longer tight like it is on the right side. So far the wood trim has not cracked. The seat dried out. More

Unconscionable delay in issuing registration Purchased a used MB 350SLK in NOVEMBER. As of JUNE 5th, I STILL had not received the registration. Obviously mishandled at time of purchase. Needed to Purchased a used MB 350SLK in NOVEMBER. As of JUNE 5th, I STILL had not received the registration. Obviously mishandled at time of purchase. Needed to sign several documents which they sent me via FEDEX, but they NEGLECTED to send a return envelope! Had to call and email the General Manager to get action. This malfeasance mirrored the lackadaisical manner and attitude of my salesman, Brian Dufffy. I will neither patronize nor recommend this dealership to any of my friends and acquaintances. More
