Will Grigg found me a loaner car on no notice and then went way beyond the call to ensure my car would be ready in two days before my next trip. He even arranged to have my car dropped off at my house when they were finished. I've been a 20 year loyal customer and even know MB of Naples and MB of Bonita Springs are closer to my house, I always drive to MB of Fort Myers, because the service is just that much better. More
