Purchased a lightly used 2017 E 300. Time to trade in the Avalon and maybe upgrade to a luxury car. After visiting several dealerships in the area, we decided to take a look at a Mercedes Time to trade in the Avalon and maybe upgrade to a luxury car. After visiting several dealerships in the area, we decided to take a look at a Mercedes. We went to Fort Myers Mercedes Benz and were met by our salesman, Kris Waskowski, who kindly helped us determine what model would be best for us. Now, I have bought many new cars in my life and many times, I knew more about the prospective car than the salesman. Disappointing to say the least. Not so in this case. Kris was well informed about each vehicle we looked at and was very helpful with comparison. We ended up purchasing a lightly used 2017 E 300. I have read reviews in car magazines that say the four cylinder motor is a disappointment, however I don’t see that. There is plenty of power to merge into traffic or pass when needed. The ride and the comfortable seats and the quietness is a real pleasure and the technology is amazing. Call me a satisfied customer! More

Service Adviser Training Needed My husband usually deals with the car maintenance. We have been coming to this dealer for the past 3 to 4 years. The service adviser Tom Tipton was n My husband usually deals with the car maintenance. We have been coming to this dealer for the past 3 to 4 years. The service adviser Tom Tipton was not our usual service advisor. He was extremely rude to me by suggesting I was lying about calling the dealer all week to get in for an appointment to get this part installed. I’ve dealt with him once before and because I am a female he was talking down to me like I didn’t know nothing about my car maintenance. He also gave me an attitude after checking the system and saw that my last visit was August of 2017 for the regular maintenance. I told him that my service was not due yet according to the on board computer and no reason to bring it in. This issue with the vehicle was due to when I took my car to get detailed at a car wash they accidentally broke this part and were paying to get it fix. Mr. Tipton was also extremely rude ro Alberto a manager from Downtowner car wash who stated he will make his own complaint. I believe this will be my last time dealing with this dealer or with this very unprofessional service adviser. More

The entire experience took less that 2 hours. Jeff and Mitch Dobbins (Sales Mgr) could not have been more polite, engaging, and responsive. Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers is clearly on Top of Customer Experience. Well worth the extra miles to drive here! More

Completely unprofessional In the process of purchasing a hard to find model from out of state. Dealer sold the car, while saying the person was in the show room and I wasn't. Recurring problem with Eco not turning the engine off. I have had my car in for service multiple times because the engine doesn't shut off while on the Eco setting. Courteous and punctual I was given a loaner car that was a newer model of my present car. That was VERY important to me because I was able to drive it comfortably.
