Worth the drive! Decided on surprising my wife with a 25th anniversary present - in the form of a new E300. Have traditionally been a Ford family, so a Mercedes was new territory for us. Did my research and shopped various models at different lots. Have 2 Mercedes dealerships within 25 miles of my house but just wasn't able to find the right vehicle at the right price. Knew what I wanted, and searched the across FL. Found the absolute perfect vehicle in Ft Myers, a drive approx 7 hours each way from my house. Worked with Brantley Williams for a deal on the one I wanted without even seeing the vehicle in person. They held it for me for over 2 weeks even though there were other parties who were interested in it while I was attempting to schedule a trip there to see it. Made the trek with my wife, who thought we were headed to Ft Myers for a getaway. Pulled into MB of Ft Myers. Brantley had the vehicle fully detailed, displayed in the entrance of their dealership with a huge red bow draped across the hood. It looked so good it could have been in a MB commercial. He approached my wife, introduced himself and said, “we thought you may be interested in this vehicle.” It wasn't scripted in advance. He worked that out without me knowing the details of how he'd present it to us. It was the ultimate experience! Brantley and MB of Ft Myers exhibited pure class! Brantley spent 2 hours meticulously describing and demonstrating all the features. Our visit in the finance office to close the deal didn't even take 15 minutes. No pressure at all for any of the add-on purchase options. We did take advantage of the extended warranty and prepaid service plans, as they were highly recommended to me by a close friend. I could not have asked for anything better! Not only will I recommend MB of Ft Myers to a friend – I have recommended them to our family. Thank you Brantley! More

Exemplary service Came to Cape Coral for a couple months. During my stay I picked up a screw in the right rear tire of my S63. The greeter stayed with me until my problem was identified, tire availability confirmed and connected with a service representative. Work proceeded immediately and was completed in the time promised which was very timely. The experience ended with a great complimentary car wash. I would definitely return to this dealership and recommend it to other Mercedes owners. More

Service preformed Check engine light on and the car was sluggish on acceleration. The vehicle needed new gas pump. I was given a loaner. Every thing went well. After ordering the part which took 2 days to receive, they c After completing a quick test on my car, it was determined that the SBC pump was faulty. After ordering the part which took 2 days to receive, they completed the repair in one day. The quick test also found the engine mounts leaking. They were able to replace the engine mounts while waiting for the SBC pump to arrive. My service advisor, Cody Clemons, was great. He found that both problems were covered by warranty. Cody was great to work with and kept me advised of the progress of the repairs. Thank you, Cody! More
