I learned things I didn’t know about certain things regarding the vehicle. Tom was great and explained the onboarding process to this dealership and all my prepaid maintenance and warranties. He told me when he would have me out before noon and he did. All the staff was nice and polite. We are thrilled with the service and are looking forward to a great relationship with MB - Fort Myers. Not a happy Customer Promised the world UNTIL I signed the papers. That's when the sales person's attitude drastically changed. One incident in particular..... I was promised an app that starts my car, controls the temp in the car, finds the car etc. I was told it would be free for 5 years. Sam loaded it on my phone, when it wouldn't work he said the app was updating and he would have to finish loading it in a few days. I went back 2 days later, still wouldn't work, was told to give it a few more days. I called 4 days later I was told Saturdays were busy for him (wasn't I a customer first???) he would check on it in a few days, I called 3 days later and he said it was up and running. I told him it still was not working and he started YELLING at me!!!! We literally got into a screaming match!!! Real professional!!! My husband and I showed up at the dealership the following Sat. He couldn't understand why it wasn't working. After he worked on it for 45 minutes we were finally told that app doesn't come free with my 2015 car, it comes with the 2016 cars.....here's the kicker...I could pay $20 more a month for it. THANKS FOR NOTHING Mercedes!!! The LEAST you could do is BACK UP promised made!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! More

Horrible customer service When they want to sell you a car they are excellent......but that is all. I called ahead to schedule an appointment to have my tire checked which we paid extra for to have tires and wheel insured, got there they seemed to not even know what i was talking about. "excuse me i called the day before....aren't you suppose to have a record of the appointment made? The girl on the phone could care less about what i was calling for, very rude. Got the tire checked they made me pay $243.74 for an "alignment" that apparently was not covered. Took them 8 hrs to get it done,my appointment was at 9am they called to pick up at 05:04pm and my car now has a check brake light on. Horrible service is an understatement. More

Wife took car in one day early by mistake but was greeted and given a loaner with no issues as she had to get to work and they still repaired it the s Wife took car in one day early by mistake but was greeted and given a loaner with no issues as she had to get to work and they still repaired it the same day. All issues with the car that we bought from this dealership were repaired and described in detail on the invoice that was emailed to me along with the ready for pickup email. We are very happy with the customer service and will continue using and Highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks for the great Service! More
