too long to service vehicle Our service appt, didn't happen as scheduled! Appt. at 10, said to come back at 4 (same day:} we came back at 3:20pm. After waiting (with no updates from customer service) we made contact with our service man , finally at 5:00pm. And he said they couldn't finish because they needed to put in spark plugs! Really, it took all day long to figure that out?? So he said take the loaner home and I'll bring your vehicle to you tomorrow - well, we already had plans for the next day so I said I would come and pick up the car after 3:00:pm. This is the 3rd time it has taken them MUCH longer than scheduled. If they are so busy, than stagger appointments. It's not rocket science. Yes, the service is nice but our time is also valuable. More

My sales representative, Brian Duffy, was excellent in walking me through the l I was very impressed with my first time experience at the dealership. My sales representative, Brian Duffy, was excellent in walking me through the leasing process. This is the first time I have leased a vehicle. Brian was patient, courteous, pleasant, and kowledgeable. I believe he gave me a fair price for the leasing of a 2019 Mercedes GLE 400. Brian was one of the reasons I leased from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers. His follow up has been much appreciated, once by phone and a note. The dealership was friendly and helpful. William Grigg walked me through the paperwork for leasing and he did a geat job. I would recommend this dealership to others. PS: I really enjoy driving the GLE400 SUV. More

The service department has been exceedingly cooperative with allowing a drop in type of relationship OK with them for minor problems, car washes etc. The service managers all have the same "Can do" attitude and this is very refreshing to a customer and makes one realize the importance of a "Excellent" dealership.Highly recommend both the sales group and the service department in dealing with ones needs on a regular basis. They are appreciated. More

Service not completed. Dec 2018 I scheduled an appointment to take advanage of Mercedes special to update my nav. After waiting an hour or so I was told it would take longe Dec 2018 I scheduled an appointment to take advanage of Mercedes special to update my nav. After waiting an hour or so I was told it would take longer to down load. I was given a loaner . Later in the day Cody called and said they would need the car overnight. The next day Cody called and said the program would not download. Cody said he would call me the first of Jan and that due to my incovincie FMM would not charge me for the upgrade.
