I bought a certified Mercedes in March 2019 and purchased an extended warranty. I was told if I changed my mind before I used it I would get 90% of my money back. I contacted them six months ago to cance an extended warranty. I was told if I changed my mind before I used it I would get 90% of my money back. Overall experience was awesome, the sales person (Matt Jacobson) went out of his way to make the entire process to go as smoothly as possible.
