Hello Mr. Arias, I know you came in on Friday 10/16/2020 at 7:36 am and had an appointment for a passenger side airbag. When you made the appointment you were advised that the service would take between 2-3 hours to completed and we scheduled you with a loaner car. Upon arrival Cody informed you that it would take approximately and hour and half once the vehicle came into the shop and that the techs start at 8:00. You decided to wait for the vehicle and not to take the loaner car. The vehicle was through the wash and ready at 9:58. I know my service manager, Brian, was able to speak with you over the phone and apologize for our poor communication regarding the time to complete the job. Thank you so much for your feedback- we always use reviews to help better train our staff on guest expectations and to communicate the proper completion times. Hello Mr Jeff. That your tech started at 8:00 Am it was your inside decision. I had scheduled 7:30 appointment to try be on my office before 8:00, thinking that you give an appointment at 7:30 will be that, when they told me that will take less than two hours I had started counting the time from 7:30 not 8:00. Time is valuable for all of us. I hope that next time the agents will be on the same page, along with the mechanic. Thank you for your response Regards
