Convertible top repairs on our 2002 CLK 430 have cost us over $7000.00 and the top still doesn’t work. The dealership manager told us that the car wasn’t worth fixing because of its age. To “complete” the w over $7000.00 and the top still doesn’t work. The dealership manager told us that the car wasn’t worth fixing because of its age. To “complete” the work will cost us an additional $3000.00 with no guarantee that the top will work! My husband and I have been proud owners of top end cars built by Mercedes over the course of our 52 year marriage. Never have we had problems with our Grand Rapids dealership. The CLK is a Florida fun car. It’s a great car: looks beautiful, engine hums (V8). The service at the Fort Myers dealership has brought questions to our plan to purchase a new GWagon. Very disappointing experience. More

I needed an emergency repair on a flat tire. Megan got me in immediately and does a great job interacting with all the customers. Had I known how well equipped the dealership is for the comfort of the cu me in immediately and does a great job interacting with all the customers. Had I known how well equipped the dealership is for the comfort of the customers, I would have brought my work with me including my laptop and enjoyed a coffee in a private room. I didn't buy my CLS 550 at Ft Myers but I will certainly use them again. More

Took my E350 in for the prepaid service on Monday, Feb. 8. Dealer kept the car for 3 days. I picked it up on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and while driving home from the dealer, I noticed the check engine light was 8. Dealer kept the car for 3 days. I picked it up on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and while driving home from the dealer, I noticed the check engine light was on. Called Dean Harney in the service department, no answer, so I left a message. Never received a call back, I called again the next morning and still no answer. Finally spoke to someone else and was told that, because I needed a loaner car, the earliest that I could bring the car back is on Feb. 22. The car seems to, also, have another problem, when starting it up and turning it off, it shakes/vibrates. That's something it never did it before. I am very disappointed on the quality of service, Had everything been checked out correctly, I wouldn't have to be burdened to have to bring the car back again. More
