Purchased a Sprinter van and they were excellent. Upon delivery from approx a thousand miles away the PPF was applied over foreign materials,even a paint touch up and what appears to be residue of adhesive under rear Window for tint.Overall totally unacceptable Dealer add ons.Approx a week ago shared Several flawed pics with,Sales Nick Taylor,Director of Finance Todd Morgan,Gen Mgr Don Paparella ,to no avail.As of this review No E mail,no letter,no phone call,no text,with resolution,no apologizes for having car leave dealership in that condition,no financial adjustment for me to correct locally.In conclusion where would we all be if Amazon ran the same business model?
