The problem (loose window frame) was not fixed. The technician claimed it could not be fixed which sounds ridiculous. Even worse, we found out that we were tricked to purchase "wheel and tire plus" pa technician claimed it could not be fixed which sounds ridiculous. Even worse, we found out that we were tricked to purchase "wheel and tire plus" package by the sales person which did not cover as much as we thought. When leased car back in September 2019, the person (Mossy) made us believe that the "wheel and tire plus" package covers all wheel/tire replacement which turned out not the case. We would not have wasted money on that package if he told us the limitation of it up front. I was trying to talk to Anthony to cancel this package sold to us through bad sales practice but he refused. Guess the only thing we can do is to find an alternative brand after the lease is done.
