Mitch Segal called and we exchanged emails and phone calls, which culminated with a visit to the dealership and the purchase of a new 2015 GL Bluetec. No regrets buying from a dealership 90 or so miles away. (There goes our car wash privilege, though) I would recommend this dealership and its people to everyone. No pressure from the youngest MB Finance Mgr. Ian Hsu. What should get special mention is Mitch Segal. Very professional. Their sales and service team are very well trained, respectful and customer oriented. Always ready to go the extra mile. I have also recommended this dealer to my colleagues and one of them leased his second car there. The guys in the service department often give me the curtesy ride when I bring my car for cleaning on Tuesday since my office is less then 1 mile away from the dealership. Fletcher Jones refused to give me any other info and only pushed for an appointment time. Reached our to MB Foothill and we did the entire transaction via email/phone, the car was delivered to my home and we signed the paperwork. The transaction was effortless and exactly what I wanted, I will purchase all future vehicles from this dealership and Karim going forward. Avoid Fletcher Jones and call Karim at MB Foothill!! More
