I asked the receptionist who was so welcoming for C class and she told me will ask someone to help me. Rob Chianese came and he took me for the test drive and gave me a piece of mind that we try our best to make you happy. He is so professional and told me i don't want to promise you now i will check with bank and will give the same price that you want. I went home and a day after he called me and said has good news. I was telling myself this the game and he is doing the same that other dealers did. I didn't go there that day because i wanted to go with my cousin who knows everything about car. Long story short, we went to foothill ranch and Rob was prepared with everything exactly with the same numbers that i asked for and they didn't even ask for one more penny. He is the best sales man I've ever seen in my life. I recommend Rob to everyone who wants to have a excellent experience for getting they dream car. He doesn't try to sell you something that is not necessary. More

Great experience Just got done dealing with Jack Croft. He was informative, patient and a pleasure to deal with. He knew his product very well. He also answered my questions via email or text in a timely fashion. While of course he wanted to make a sale, he did not pressure me at all. Very professional throughout the entire process. When I came in to pick up the car and finish the paperwork, Jack made sure the experience was quick and well executed. The car looked great, was filled with gas, and expertly detailed. All of the paperwork was taken care in less than 45 minutes. Jack was also great in terms of getting my insurance copied and put in the car. I am quite pleased that I interacted with Jack and the Foothill team. I look forward to my continued relationship with Foothill Mercedes-Benz. More

90 miles from home! We have had four Costco car purchases in the past. This time, we were first referred to a dealership located much closer to home. However, we did not communicate very well with the other person, so I asked Costco for another referral. And that was Foothill. Mitch Segal called and we exchanged emails and phone calls, which culminated with a visit to the dealership and the purchase of a new 2015 GL Bluetec. No regrets buying from a dealership 90 or so miles away. (There goes our car wash privilege, though) I would recommend this dealership and its people to everyone. No pressure from the youngest MB Finance Mgr. Ian Hsu. What should get special mention is Mitch Segal. Very professional.
