Great experience! I've never had a better experience buying a car then I did this last weekend! Alex Salcido, Ed Ismail and Brian Truong all worked together to give me the best deal on a used car. Alex was patient and not pushy. He listened to what I wanted and arranged for it to happen. Ed took the time to explain the whole picture of my loan and explained how it worked. Brian was efficient in processing my loan papers and I wasn't sitting there waiting forever! I don't have good credit. I only had a small down payment and a bucket car to trade in. This Mercedes-Benz dealership is superior to any other dealership I've ever visited and yet they still helped me to buy a car and treated me with the utmost respect when it was obvious they weren't going to make millions off me. I wasn't there to buy a 2016 Mercedes-Benz, but they acted towards me like I was just as important as the person was. I highly recommend you buy your next car at Mercedes-Benz Foothill Ranch.
