Awesome buying experience We bought a C300/2016. It is our first Mercedes & the experience of buying it was awesome. Karim did his best to help us find the car we need. During We bought a C300/2016. During the test drive he showed us all the options of the car & answered all my questions. From pricing perspective, he did a pretty good job to get us a competitive price (at-least I felt so). After the deal was complete, it was very nice of him to help us configure the car settings & go through every detail of the technology that we might use daily. Brian (the finance guy) also dealt with us with lot of patience. Also one important thing, we told him what APR was our bank offering & surprisingly he help us get the exact numbers by dealing with the bank directly. That surely saved our hassle of running around for financing which can be painful sometimes. So far so good & I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work & wish you the best. More

Overall Great Experience - Used Car I would like to thank Omar Malek for taking his time to help my wife & I look at and test drive the used cars on their lot. Originally we went in to look at a used Land Rover, however the car did not have a 3rd row seat that we were looking for. There were several other cars on the lot that we tried, however they just were not what we wanted. That being said Omar was very professional and took his time explaining every car and took us on 3 test drives. I wish there was a used vehicle we could have purchased from him, however because of this positive experience, Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch will be our first stop next time we are in the market. Alex Salcido, Ed Ismail and Brian Truong all worked together to give me the best deal on a used car. Alex was patient and not pushy. He listened to what I wanted and arranged for it to happen. Ed took the time to explain the whole picture of my loan and explained how it worked. Brian was efficient in processing my loan papers and I wasn't sitting there waiting forever! I don't have good credit. I only had a small down payment and a bucket car to trade in. This Mercedes-Benz dealership is superior to any other dealership I've ever visited and yet they still helped me to buy a car and treated me with the utmost respect when it was obvious they weren't going to make millions off me. I wasn't there to buy a 2016 Mercedes-Benz, but they acted towards me like I was just as important as the person was. I highly recommend you buy your next car at Mercedes-Benz Foothill Ranch.
