I found this Dealer back in 2010 and got an excellent deal and services for leasing C -300 when it's kind of newly open for not too long , there are other MB Dealers really close to where I live like House of Import, Anaheim Hills...., but They could not compete with Foothill Ranch. Since then this Dealer has been continuing to improved so much every time I come for my need in regarding hospitality, level of profession, and most of all: very competitive pricing. So if you're looking for a Good Dealer for all your Mercedes purchasing / leasind, I truly recommend MB of Foothill Ranch. More

Great Service Had a great experience buying an ML from this dealership. Had told Mehran, the original salesman I was working with, what I was looking for. He show Had a great experience buying an ML from this dealership. Had told Mehran, the original salesman I was working with, what I was looking for. He showed me a great selection of options but it just wasn't what I wanted. He was totally good with that, and told me that he would contact me when he had what I was looking for. Fast forward a week and half later, and sure enough Mehran calls and let's me know he thinks he has what I am looking for. I have an appointment set up, and when I get there, Mehran is right in the middle of another deal. Here is where there customer service shows, instead of making me wait, he has another salesman, Conrad, show me the car and close the deal. Conrad was great, told him the parameters of the deal I wanted and he made it happen. End result, I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. It you are looking for a dealership where customer service really matters, with people who are motivated to sell cars, this is the place.
