Worst buying experience ever!! Beware Let me start by saying that this was the WORST buying experience I have ever had, and I've bought and sold 30+ cars in my lifetime. For a so called "l Let me start by saying that this was the WORST buying experience I have ever had, and I've bought and sold 30+ cars in my lifetime. For a so called "luxury" dealer to blatantly lie to, and treat customers this way, MB should pull their name from this dealership... 1 star is 2 too many to give this dealership. Do NOT buy from this dealership unless you like being lied to, and taken advantage of. Shady as they get here. Do not buy from Akram or anyone at this dealership. My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle for a few months, and just so happened that MB of Foothill Ranch had this vehicle in their preowned inventory. We went for a test drive and liked the vehicle but felt it was 6-7 thousand over priced at 89k. After about a month or so they didn't sell the vehicle and renegaded with me to discuss a deal at a lower price, but the original used car salesmen never followed up or did what he said he would do, so we were already turned off by the dealership. When they reengaged it was with the GM of sales, and he said they would meet the price we wanted to pay for the car, so we figured we would buy it. We went in to buy the car and it wasn't at the dealership...?? We asked where it was at, and because it was another brand of car, they told me the oil change service light was on and they took it to have a routine oil change and service on the car at the Porsche dealership. Seemed normal, and their sales tactics were to down play any issue claiming that it was ok, and normal since the car only had 14k miles on it. I pressed to see the car before we bought it and even said I would go to the Porsche dealership but they said they had another buyer coming to buy the car. When I was at the dealership it was a Friday late afternoon and they said the car would be back early next week by Monday or Tuesday, because it was supposed to be a normal service. So we bought the car, and the sales person said he would follow up Monday to let us know when the car would be ready. Well, he never followed up, so after a few phone call and text messages he came back to me and said that the car should be ready by Friday or Saturday that week which immediately set off an alarm in my head because why would it take a week to do an oil change??? I then insisted to go to the Porsche dealership and see the car and talk to the service advisor at Porsche because I have other Porsches and knew the advisor. So I went to the dealership saw the car and found out that they weren't doing an oil change or a "normal" service on the car, instead they were replacing the transfer case on a car with 14k miles. I also found that the front tires on the car needed to be replaced and that the car needed a normal service/oil change and they weren't going to pay to do either....? xxx??? I immediately went back to MB Foothill ranch and spoke with them in regards to the findings and they tried to play dumb and keep up the lie, but then the only normal honest person at that dealership Nicole came out and told me everything she knew about what happened. Shi is the used car manager and wondered why the sales person (Akram) wasn't honest and told me what was really being done...? The Porsche service writer told me that the transfer case fix wasn't a big deal, and that I shouldn't void the deal over it, but to make sure and have MB replace the tires and do an oil change. So when I was talking with Nicole she sayid she would talk to the owner/GM and that they agreed to replace the tires and do the oil change. So I agreed. Then a day goes by and they call me back and say that they are losing money on the deal and they wanted me to pay $375 for the oil change. This was on Wednesday of the following week.. xxx????? My wife said she really wanted the car and I didn't have anymore time to deal with this as her current vehicles lease was up so I said screw it and agreed. They promised me that they would bring the car in and detail it, fill it with gas and deliver it by Friday which never happened. By Saturday the salesmen (Akram) brought the car to my house filthy, and with the gas light on.... xxx is up with this guy and this dealership? If I did my job like this I would be fired!!!!! I was so fed up, I told him to leave and that i was going to roast them on the review sites and he didn't care and that didn't even phase him. He gave me the keys and left. It's been a week, and I haven't heard from anyone at the dealership regarding all the issues or even to complete the delivery or do what they said they were going to do...? I would not recommend buying a car from Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch unless you like being lied to, or taken advantage of. They are classless and give Mercedes Benz a bad name. More

Service Advisor, Henry Eiring ensured the vehicle did not leave the shop until the work was done absolutely right. Mr. Eiring kept in contact with status updates and delivered an informative inspection report. There was no scam and felt no pressure; the entire experience was straight forward and fact based. I would recommend MB of Foothill Ranch and especially the effort of Mr. Henry Eiring. More
