Unfortunately, my experience was even worse than I could have imagined. I went in to trade my 2019 A220 and lease an EQE. Shortly after driving off, I noticed something was wrong with the car. When I called the dealership, they inspected it and claimed the undercarriage was damaged, blaming me for it. My insurance got involved, and the repair estimate started at $28,000, then increased to $40,000 in several request due to miss alignment. After a month and a half, my car was supposedly fixed. As soon as I picked up the car, within three minutes of driving, I realized it was still unstable. I immediately reported the issue, and when I returned to the dealership, they again claimed the undercarriage was damaged! They did a poor repair job and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Today, when I went to see what the problem was, they asked me to sign a repair order, which implied I was requesting a new repair. I refused to sign because the initial repair was inadequate, and my car was still not fixed. They then said I had to take the car, even though it was unsafe to drive, and informed me of a charge for each day I didn’t take it. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I can’t believe they put me in this situation! I wonder if they are taking advantage of me because I’m a woman, treating me with no respect or understanding. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership unless you want to be scammed! More

Called and got a $250 qoute for oil change. I went to Isaac and he changed the price to $385 claiming the person who answered the phone didn’t know the correct pricing. I showed him a written qoute from another mb dealership for $285 he still didn’t match it. Isaac added that he checked with his service manager and the manager denied the match price request. This is my last time visiting this dealership, despite being a regular for over 10 years. More
Hello I would like you to know what happened last night at Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch. I had sent a message the night before saying that I was interested in your 2017 mercedes-Benz GLE 350 gray SUV. Zane had reached out to me and told me that the car would be outside ready for me to view at 6:30 PM. When I had arrived with my husband at 6:30 sharp, he was outside waiting for me with the car. He then explained that he had to do some paperwork with another customer and that Glenn would help me. The service was unbelievable in the beginning, it was definitely a red carpet treatment. This car was a UCLA graduation present for my daughter that had just totaled her red Mercedes. At 6:40 I had sent her the pictures. She fell in love with the car. By 7:00 pm We were filling out all the paperwork to purchase the car. Glenn had sent me text messages that he received From your manager, Ken HOJATI saying that if we were not interested in the car that he had a gentleman that just uber to your dealership because he was interested in purchasing the car. Normally, I would think this is some type of trick for me to purchase the car, but then I realized that it was just a coincidence and the guy was interested in the car as well. We test drove the car and even when we were test driving the car Ken reached out to Glenn and asked if we were interested in it because, his customer wanted the car very badly. We decided to purchase the car. As we were filling out all the paperwork, Glen got a text from Ken saying that his customer was pissed. We saw all the text messages as we were getting approved to purchase the car. It was a done deal , Glenn told us the car was being washed for us and he was going to grab the manual for us. As he went to go grab the manual Ken told my husband and Glen that we did not fill out the application fast enough. And that he was going to sell the car to the other gentleman. He said its not our car anymore and it's too late! The first person to get the application in the fastest gets the car. Ken was walking by us several times while we were filling out all the paperwork to buy the car. He knew that we were purchasing the car and Glenn was going as fast as he can. The paperwork was filled out within 30 minutes of us arriving to look at the car and test drive the car. Even though the car was sold to us Ken decided that he was going to sell that car anyway to someone else. It was a disgusting thing to do and very unethical. You can see the look on Glenn's face and he left and said I was done for the day. I'm assuming that the Uber client bribed him with some sort of money because everyone knew that we had the first option to purchase the car and we did it within 30 min. Ken must of really needed the money because he was willing to put your dealership reputation on the line. The worst part about this experience is that Ken was glaring at us with a big smile as we were in tears devastated walking out because this was a present for my daughter. He knew what he was doing, and he had no remorse. He really shouldn't be working at your dealership. We are planning on taking this experience further. You can not treat people like this. The feeling I got from this dealership is that Ken Hojati the Sales Manager is out for blood and will destroy anyone in his path so that he may get the commission. He is very unethical! More
