On Saturday, October 12th my GLK 350 light came on displaying EBD Inoperative See Operator’s Manual. I scheduled an appt online with Mercedes of Florence for Monday October 14, 2024 at 10:30am. When I arrived, Jay was nice and checked me in and told me to have a seat while they serviced my car. I sat in the waiting area for approximately 4 hours and Jay came out about 2:00 pm to inform me they could not identify the problem and thought maybe I was in a flood, absolutely false, my car was in my garage and there was no rain much less a flood. It seemed to be warm in the waiting area and was told by Jay that “oh yeah the air conditioner’s not working”. There was a kind, attractive and tall lady that came to me and said, would you like to move to another waiting area because it is warm in here with the air conditioner not working, so I moved to another waiting area. Jay Finally came to where I was relocated and said, they found the problem, but we are not able to repair it because the part that is needed is not in stock, so we have to order it and it would be estimate cost $2,000.00 plus and you would have to prepay today so we can order it. I stated “it is 3:00pm and I have been here on a scheduled appt since 10:30am (Arrived at 10:00am) you are unable to fix the problem, I have to travel back home to Sumter SC with the light still displayed indicating that there is a problem, and you inform me, we need you to prepay for the part before we can order it and then, when it comes, we will contact you.” I graciously did. Well today is Sunday November 3, 2024 and I have been cautiously driving my car back and forth to work until this morning, I was going to church and it would not start then the lights went out and the car would not start. Here it is the beginning of the 4th week, I have not received a call or any communication or any update from Jay as to the arrival of the part I prepaid for and my car is not starting or operable. I have to work in the morning, and I am so stressed! More

Your Service Advisor Zachary Howard provided timely and helpful service regarding my Mercedes Benz on January 13, 2023. He was not only professional and exhibited efficient services, but caring and considerate. As an educator working in the school system, I am constantly in the classroom and would have to have a substitute to fill in when I am not in the classroom. I was very thankful that Mr. Zachary Howard assistance and understanding of my situation offered an alternative that would suit my needs best. Not only did he solved that problem, but he was also thoughtful and caring regarding the service charges which really made my day. Mr. Zachary demonstrated a caring approach, and he is a true and very kind professional. I could not help but share it with all my colleagues at school, I will share it with my church members and everywhere I go for everyone to visit Mercedes Benz of Florence, South Carolina. I would especially like to commend Mr. Zachary Howard for his professionalism, empathetic and exceptional services. More

Today I was greeted by Saleswoman Sunshine, she is the best...I came in told her what I was working with and she worked that thang out🙂....in n out in less than 1hr driving out with a 2010 Mercede best...I came in told her what I was working with and she worked that thang out🙂....in n out in less than 1hr driving out with a 2010 Mercedes-Benz S Class....Sunshine gets 5 stars for me as well as 5 Star Mercedes-Benz of Florence....Look for her when you are looking for your car⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More
