He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about every step of the way. He was our only point of contact throughout our experience, which I appreciated. There was no handoff, and no re-explaining things we had already covered. This was a zero-pressure sale, and that made it easier on all involved. We felt free to ask questions and take our time, and it took all of the worst elements out of the whole transaction. I can’t praise or thank Derek enough for his help in getting us our dream truck.
