I started out purchasing Mercedes Benz @ the Manhattan location about 10 years ago... I have had the pleasure of working with a former employee (Chrisitan) who was awesome.. Then I moved to NJ and begin location about 10 years ago... I have had the pleasure of working with a former employee (Chrisitan) who was awesome.. Then I moved to NJ and begin taking my car to Ray Catena for service, which was fair... However, due to the economy and circumsatnce I moved back to Fairfiled County, CT... I begin servicing my vehicle with Moya @ the Fairfield location, as treated me well and I became sold on the Fairfield location. Fast -Foward... My SLK 230 died and I met Mitch in sales.. I would like to thank Mr. Eric Clinton (Mitch) of MB of Fairfield for helping me stay within the Mercedes Benz family of vehicles... I have had the plesure of owning three Mercedes in my short life time and was considering a change due to the economy.. However, the team @ MB of Fairfield made me feel special by providing me with stellar service and respect from the beginning to the end... I cannot thank Mitch and the women in credit for making me feel special... Friendly, Classy, and professional... I love my new car and happy to spend my money @ MB of Fairfield... I went in to purchase a car that I saw online and at first the dealership was very helpful. I purchased the car just before Christmas 2011. 2 days after I took the car home I had problems with the aut first the dealership was very helpful. I purchased the car just before Christmas 2011. 2 days after I took the car home I had problems with the automatic transmission. The car came with a 90 day warranty so I figured I would be OK. It took the dealership several visits to even figure out what the problem could be. What shocked me was they use an outside mechanic for their repairs. Even though they have a full staff of certified mechanics, my car was sent to a personal friend of the managers transmission shop. Let's just say that after 4 months and several used loaner cars later the problem was still not fixed. I took the car to Audi next door and they diagnosed what was wrong. When I presented Mike Pragano with what Audi found, he told me that were simply trying to sell an expensive part and that wasnt the issue. I eventually gave up (which I regret) and the car still has the same transmission issues. I wish the dealer would contact me back and fix this issue. I spent a lot of money with them and feel like I totally got shafted. More

We brought our car in for the first service and initially did not need to pick up the car till the end of the day however plans changed and we needed the car within an hour or so.
