He offered to credit me back $50 just to keep me as a satisfied customer. So, I think that was pretty decent of them. Jeff Sears ----------------------- I thought I had a problem with my ML320 key fob (very common problem with MB) as my car would not start. It turned out to be a mere $29 Relay. But when the bill came, they charged me a whopping $257.65!! The service manager I dealt with, Mary Rodriques was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. What a rip-off! I have been to other Mercedes dealerships for service in the past. Moya has been up front, honest, and always goes out of her way to try to accomodate my family. Nice is not where it stops, their knowledge and can-do attitude is unstoppable. Moya Singh handled my car (and me!) twice and I could not stop saying how superb the experience was. From first call, to updates along the way --and having the work done on time and exactly at the cost we expected it to be -- imagine finding that somewhere else -- you won't - trust me from experience...I would not go anywhere and BRAVO to Moya for all she does! I have been bringing my Mercedes to Moya for 2 years now and wouldn't want to work with anyone else. She always make sure I am informed about the status of my car in a timely manner, whether it's by email and wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I feel like she goes above and beyond for me, especially when there was an emergency with my car. She took it upon herself to actually delivered me a loaner after work one night!!
