My overall experience at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield was amazing. Everything from the salesman, Ray Latka to the complimentary coffee was more than I can ask for. My salesman, Ray Latka was extremely thorough with his knowledge of the brand and models, which led me to my choice of car. The quality of work and friendliness went above and beyond. The transaction was so smooth and so fast, from trading in my pervious car to picking up the new car, all within a day. I've purchased several cars from them, and every time is as smooth as the next. It is effortless on my part. Marion O'Halloran was also very nice and very quick with the completion of the paperwork. I will continue to but from Ray Latka. More

He offered to credit me back $50 just to keep me as a satisfied customer. So, I think that was pretty decent of them. Jeff Sears ----------------------- I thought I had a problem with my ML320 key fob (very common problem with MB) as my car would not start. It turned out to be a mere $29 Relay. But when the bill came, they charged me a whopping $257.65!! The service manager I dealt with, Mary Rodriques was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. What a rip-off! Nice is not where it stops, their knowledge and can-do attitude is unstoppable. Moya Singh handled my car (and me!) twice and I could not stop saying how superb the experience was. From first call, to updates along the way --and having the work done on time and exactly at the cost we expected it to be -- imagine finding that somewhere else -- you won't - trust me from experience...I would not go anywhere and BRAVO to Moya for all she does! More
