George was recommended by a friend and was great during this whole car buying process. When we initially went in he spent a lot of time showing us the used 2009 ML350 that we were looking at (this was our this whole car buying process. He was patient and never seemed like he was in a rush or had other clients to get to. When it came time to negotiate he really tried to work for us. We had to go back and forth over the course of a few days but in the end we were able to get a really great deal from George and Mike. When the time came to pick up the car George stayed past closing hours for me (since I had a long drive to get there) and then spent almost 45 minutes going over all of the features in the VERY technical ML. He seemed to know every little detail of the in-dash central computing system...it will probably take me years to learn it. The financing part of the transaction also went very smoothly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes signing the paperwork. The financing manager there was extremely organized and truly streamlined the process.
