John Urresta was my service advisor during my visit to your dealership last week. John was courteous, professional and thorough during his inspection of my Mercedes GLK 350. He took the time, even thoug your dealership last week. John was courteous, professional and thorough during his inspection of my Mercedes GLK 350. He took the time, even though it was very busy when I arrived, to listen to me and address the issues I had with my SUV. John told me what the timetable for the repairs would be and he made sure the loaner car I requested was ready as well. We also discussed having the dealership replace the rear window on my SUV which had been badly scratched during the recent hurricane. Unfortunately my insurance company and the dealership were unable to agree on pricing. The only negative during my entire experience with the dealership was when John's assistant, Moya, tried to insert herself into the mix. She was uninformed, unprofessional and her tone and tenor in her voicemail and emails left much to be desired. Management may want to be sure she is trained more thoroughly before having her deal with customers. Regards Drew OMalley More
