It was really a pleasure to go through the whole sales process with John. Jacinth was amazing! I went in looking for a car I saw published on their web site and it was sold the day before. She then introduced an even better car that just received to their inventory. We met Gonzalo Ugarte through a friend and when we mentioned we were looking to get a new Mercedes (we already had a ML320 which we had purchased in California in 2001) he suggested we get in touch wi mentioned we were looking to get a new Mercedes (we already had a ML320 which we had purchased in California in 2001) he suggested we get in touch with John Arizarani. So we did and he was really knowledgeable about the GL350 Bluetec and could explain absolutely everything into detail about the car. We were very impressed (we had been over to take a look at a Lexus and the salesman there knew nothing about the Lexus car we were looking at and he would constantly read from the brochure and couldn't answer half the questions we asked) so with John we immediately knew that we were in good hands and we liked everything we were hearing about the car. We quickly decided this was the car we wanted now we wanted to get a deal (of course, right?) John worked very had to find us the exact car we wanted in the right color and he discussed the price with my husband and they came to an agreement. The day we arrived the car was beautifully displayed right there in the sales center. My husband sat down with Marion O'Halloran and she too was very nice and made everything seem effortless for us. We walked out very happy new Mercedes car owners. After a few months of having the car we had a light pop up on the dashboard and I called in about it and John Urresta asked me to bring it in to find out what was going on. While in the waiting room whom should I see walking up to me but Gonzalo Ugarte. Very friendly, he asked if I was enjoying my new car and told me he would be the mechanic for my car and this made me feel like I was family. The problem was repaired and I have not had any more problems since. My husband and I are extremely happy with the service at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield.
