Dealing with car dealers does not rate very high with us and we were not looking forward to driving almost 2 hrs to get to this dealership. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience there. I brought in my car for an oil change, a paint issue with my right fender, and a few other concerns. My vehicle was promptly ready for pick up as they promise but I have to say that this is probably one of m my right fender, and a few other concerns. John Urresta, my service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Not only did he tend to my questions and concerns, but he also asked a mechanic by the name of Gonzalo Ugarte to answer my questions. I was really quite impressed by their "service excellence". Then off to get my loaner. I was helped there by a lady, Elena Miller. She was extremely helpful and informative as well. I was left wondering "WOW!! What a great team!" Thanks Guys!! We worked with Jacinth last time we purchased a vehicle and were very pleased. While Jacinth remembered to keep in touch with us as our lease was coming up she also would periodically send e-mails to say " and were very pleased. I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had previously contacted numerous other dealerships and none of them were as good as Fairfield. My saleperson was Jacinth Samuels and she was tremendous previously contacted numerous other dealerships and none of them were as good as Fairfield. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this car. I had narrowed it down to the BMW 7 series, the Porsche Panamara and the Lexus 400 series. I was determined to take the Lexus since it was very nice a had narrowed it down to the BMW 7 series, the Porsche Panamara and the Lexus 400 series. I was determined to take the Lexus since it was very nice and much less expensive. Due to a big price difference, I had actually told Jacinth that I was moving on to another car and I thanked her for trying to keep me as a Mercedes customer. Jacinth, however, would not give up and was relentless in finding a way for me to continue as a Mercedes customer. She was able to show me the higher value that the S550 had over the other cars and eventually I did decide to stay with the Mercedes. She was very professional and knowlegeable about the car. This was by far is one of the best, nay, the best MB experience that I’ve had since I’ve become a loyal MB owner in early 2000's. And I say this with outmost respect for all of the dealers and the wond experience that I’ve had since I’ve become a loyal MB owner in early 2000's. And I say this with outmost respect for all of the dealers and the wonderful work that they do. I've used many MB dealers and Fairfield MB services department as well as the sales department have been superb and have gone way beyond what I would ever expect. Special thanks to the great General Manager - Eric Fertis, who unequivocally had come to my rescue when I had to replace 3 tires due to road hazards and insurance was extremely hesitant to cover the replacement cost and labor. Also I am ashamed to tell my friends how much I am paying for my fully loaded CLK 550 lease that Eric had extended to me while I was shopping for new lease 2 years ago. No dealer and I mean that came even close to the price that I am paying. Believe me when I say that I had called about 80% of dealers countrywide to see if they could beat this price. All the dealers I spoke with were interested in this sale as the car was still unallocated and seating at Port, but after I told them what the price was they all anonymously told me that I should run to the deal and take the car as they would not believe that this was a real offer. In fact many had asked for me to provide them with proof and one even made a bet with me that if I were to prove to them that I am paying this price they would tint my windows for free. Guess what! Now I have a white CLK 550 with professionally tinted windows and it looks great!!! So in conclusion, not only did the sales department go beyond what I expected so did/does the Service department. Oh and one other thing, I love their courtesy cars and how available they are. Just to put my comments in perspective here is a list of all the MB dealers that I’ve dealt with in the past 10 years and Fairfield by far is the best.
