I Purchased an MB CPO e450 cabriolet last December (2023) with delivery January 2024. To CPO the vehicle, they made repairs to the front bumper. In September of 2024, I noticed what looked like the clear coat failing on the front bumper. It was near the parking sensors, so I initially thought it could've been dirt. After further investigation, I could see that it was in fact the clear coat peeling off. I emailed my salesperson 4x and left 3 voicemails to discuss Fairfield MB making corrections to the faulty repair they made. To this day, I have not received a call nor an email to address my concerns. More
Buyer Warning I am compelled to share my disastrous experience with this auto dealership after purchasing two 2025 G550 vehicles. My advice is simple: steer clear! - One of the vehicles is nothing s experience with this auto dealership after purchasing two 2025 G550 vehicles. My advice is simple: steer clear! - One of the vehicles is nothing short of a lemon, suffering from chronic brake issues that the manufacturer cannot fix due to indefinite back orders on parts (see attached service receipt). This is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. - Both vehicles have malfunctioning HVAC systems that fail to provide adequate heat for rear passengers, with no air circulating from the center console vents. This is a fundamental flaw that should never have left the factory. - To add insult to injury, both vehicles were sold with subpar "All-Season" tires, a fact that was conveniently withheld until after the purchase was complete. These tires are woefully inadequate in even the slightest snowy conditions, rendering the vehicles unsafe and nearly useless. And to top it off, I was charged around $7,500 for tire protection that is essentially worthless. The service department is utterly inept, and management is shockingly unresponsive and ineffective. My experience with the Mercedes-Benz brand has been nothing short of disappointing. Do yourself a favor—save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding this dealership and seeking out a different auto manufacturer altogether. More
John McNeil was absolutely a pleasure to work with. John was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in purchasing and did an exhaustive search of all current options available. He was John was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in purchasing and did an exhaustive search of all current options available. He was straightforward and fair and took all the time we needed to help us make our decision. John was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the entire process, which only took 4 days from beginning to end. When picking up the car, the process was seamless. John had all of the paperwork ready to go and he spent a good deal of time explaining "all" the features of the vehicle. He even offered to review all the features again at a later date, once I was more familiar with the car. I would highly recommend John at Mercedes of Fairfield if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes. More
