We strive for excellent service and fair prices for our customers and I am sorry to hear you feel we did not provide that. We want customers to feel confident in our service work and I apologize for any miscommunication. You brought your vehicle in for low transmission fluid. Your transmission is a sealed unit and therefore if low on fluid it could be leaking amongst other possible issues. Upon diagnosis we found fluid leaks at your transmission and internal faults in the transmission computer for gears slipping which indicates non-repairable internal damage. $8250.00 of that $9915.00 of recommended repairs that you speak of was for a transmission replacement due to damage caused by low fluid because of transmission leaks. We feel that any repair to the transmission at this point would be temporary and not cost-effective. Additionally, we informed you that rear brakes will need future attention and provided an estimate accordingly. If you would like to discuss your recommendations and diagnosis further, please reach out to me directly and I would be happy to go over our findings.
