I live in Bend and have my Sprinter serviced here. I'm still establishing a long-term relationship with the dealership, but my experiences are positive and I've been well taken care of. Nearly all of that is because of Shawn's skilled handling of a few weird snafus and his communication style; transparent, direct, consistent, and proactive. I fully trust I'll get excellent care here and that Shawn understands any worries and concerns I might have in advance. It feels amazing to have that trusting relationship with any business and Shawn specifically. I'll keep coming back. More
