I live in Bend and have my Sprinter serviced here. I'm still establishing a long-term relationship with the dealership, but my experiences are positive and I've been well taken care of. Nearly all of that is because of Shawn's skilled handling of a few weird snafus and his communication style; transparent, direct, consistent, and proactive. I fully trust I'll get excellent care here and that Shawn understands any worries and concerns I might have in advance. The staff is warm , informative, inviting, helpful, and kind, just for starters!!!! The establishment is clean and when I get my car back it is always cleaner!(not to mention , always fixed correctly 😊). Not only does MB of Eugene take care of my car, they take care of me.‘ whether it is accommodating a ride to a place while my car is being serviced or a rental or just a listening ear, they hit this out of the parking lot every time!!! This dealership isn’t just another place that sells cars, they have created a business of truly making the customer feel that they are family!
